Good news from the Finnish Game Industry again; This week Supercell’s Moco has surpassed $2.5m in under a month from its release. The nominees for The Finnish Game Awards 2025 have been released. The event will be in May and the game industry calendar is starting to look very packed with very many events and meetups in the near future.

- The Finnish Game Awards 2025, organized by Suomen Pelinkehittäjät ry (Finnish Game Developer Studios Association) and Neogames Finland ry. will celebrate the success of the Finnish game industry and honor the best games and developers of 2024 on May 13th. The event is open to invited guests and ticket holders. The ticket shop is now open, but the amount of tickets is limited.
- The award ceremony will be streamed live online from 7PM to 8:30PM.

- Applications are now open for the Games Capital Summit at NG25 Spring – The deadline to submit is April 25th). This is a chance for venture-ready studios to pitch directly to active games sector investors
- Business Helsinki is organising a breakfast event on April 24th, focusing on RDI funding and IPR rights in the creative industries. (event is in Finnish)
