It also guarantees that your news will be visible in the weekly newsletter /news compilation. Play Finland is at the moment one of the main channels for sharing information inside the industry.

- Annakaisa Kultima is opening a tiny gallery for playful and gameful art in Helsinki this Autumn – Kumma Gallery, where is wall space (and some table space too) for about 3-5 big paintings or up to 10 small paintings. Aim is to curate an exhibition of works utilizing traditional non-digital media, made by game makers, as the first exhibition for the space. Please contact Annakaisa (Annakaisa.Kultima@aalto.fi) if you got interested and would have something available for exhibiting (and if you want to, for sale) in mid November. You can also suggest digital works, games, playful installations and concept art, or full ideas for exhibition projects.
- EA studio Track20 decided to help Theme Park. A digital art event to happen.
- Studio Mankeli, a newly started gaming studio located in Tampere, Finland! Their first game, Casually Cultured, is about to hit the Google Play store in the upcoming weeks.

Two weeks ago there was the opening ceremony of Pelipoikilo game art exhibition in Kouvola. Pelipoikilo includes 27 playable games which handle questions about life, universe and Everything. The exhibition will be open until January 8th 2023. Pelipoikilo is a central part of Capital of Game Art project, which consists of several different activities and exhibitions around games as an art form.
- Tampere Game Hub has opened sign-ups for Finnish Game Incubator! Application deadline is October 21st.
- Please Be Patient released their first demo for Finnish Army Simulator and appreciate feedback.
- Nick Lukkonen asks if there’s groups, courses or general game development meetups for 14 year olds.
- Bonus Stage Publishing published Trible Take by British FlyAway Studios.
- Digi & Game Center in Jyväskylä has open doors every other Tuesday between 13-16 o’clock. First open doors were on October 4th, next one will be on October 18th.
- Finnish game industry people are welcome to join gamedev.lv meetup on October 12th, 19.00, at UniCon Cafe in Riga, to hear Moonaria development and publishing story and also to monthly Show’n Tell.
