Due to cancellation of China Joy trade mission we have organized a new mission to GDC China.
To secure maximum visibility we will organize a side event and we have already met some intereste.d publishers, operators and other partners at Gamescom. Here are the details of the trade mission.
Trade mission to GDC China 23-28.10.2015
Flights:
Direct flight (HEL-Shanghai) according to preliminary plans
leaving on the 23.10. aprox 5pm, arriving on 24.10. in the morning at 7.10am
returning 28.10 at 10am, arriving back to Helsinki around 3pm
Accomodation
Four nights of accomodation in single rooms
GDC China pass / All Access
Meet the Finns side event (most likely on the 24.10. from 4pm)
In addition to GDC China we will organize our own Finnish-focused event which includes:
– A chance to pitch / participant / 5-10 min
– We’ll invice the most potential Chinese partners, eg: Kunlun, Perfect World, 360 Mobile Assistant, Baidu, Tencent, My Gamez, Cheetah Mobile, Netease, SkyMobi, 4Inch, China Mobile ja China Telecom. All have been contacted regarding the event.
– Few of the potential partners will give a short presentation of its services.
– A panel discussion about the possibilities of the Chinese market for Western game developers. A panel will be assembled (if possible) around few of the succcessfull Finnish companies and potential Chinese partners.
– Networking + dinner
– In addition Neogames can do intros towards Chinese partners.
– Intros will be done before the event according to the company’s wishes.
Price: 2000€ + VAT 24% / company (1 person). The price includes all above mentioned.
Potential additional person’s price will be on depending on the costs (accomodation + flights + tickets). Preliminary cost estimate per person is about 2000€ + VAT 24%.
