- Kati Salminen is looking for a couple of participants to help answer a few brief questions for my BA Honors research. The research is on rigging and animation workflows for game engines, so the participants should be artists/programmers/etc. who have knowledge of rigging and/or animation for games, and importing character assets that are rigged and animated into Unity or Unreal Engine. The questionnaire is in English but I can translate it to Finnish if needed.
- EU:n Luova Eurooppa -ohjelman tukimuoto ”Support for the Development of European Video Games” eli tuki narratiivisten pelien kehittelyyn julkaistiin joulukuussa. Tällä hakukierroksella on yksi hakuaika ja se päättyy 2.3.2017.
- Hakukierros (Call for proposals EACEA 22/2016) on suunnattu itsenäisille pelituotantoyhtiöille, jotka ovat vähintään 12 kuukautta vanhoja ja tuottaneet aiemmin ainakin yhden hakuehtojen mukaisen pelin. Pelituen budjetti vuonna 2017 on 3,78 miljoonaa euroa ja se on 1,28 miljoonaa enemmän kuin viime vuonna! Tukea voi saada 10 000-150 000 euroa pelin kehittelyyn, jolloin tuki voi olla enintään puolet kehittelybudjetista. Pelituen hakuehdot ja muut tarvittavat tiedot löydät täältä.
