This week, we are proud to spotlight the newly established Sustainable Games Alliance, a non-profit initiative led by industry veterans, dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of the global games industry by developing unified reporting standards. Next week marks the start of Gamescom, one of the world’s largest game events, where Neogames will operate the Nordic All Stars Booth (hall 4.1 at stand C-020 G), showcasing companies and game clusters from Finland, Norway, and Estonia. - Neogames operates Nordic All Stars Booth at Gamescom. This year the booth features companies and game clusters from Finland, Norway and Estonia. Finnish partners include Bonus Stage, Boss Hogg, Dreamloop Games, Makea Games, Millenary Games, Quicksave Interactive, Resistance Games, Spectarium Games, XPFIRST, BusinessOulu and GameCity Kajaani. - A group of games industry veterans have set up the Sustainable Games Alliance with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of the global games industry. Non-profit group, led and backed by industry veterans, aims to create unified reporting standards to tackle sector’s environment impact.

- Finnish Game Jam is very pleased to Assembly Game Jam and thanks all the volunteers of ASM Jam 2024 for their great contribution
- Thursday through Sunday 41 participants have been working on their jam entries themed “The Other Side”. Puzzle adventures, action packed shooters, escape rooms, movement puzzles, and more – for 16-bit consoles, for Nintendo Wii, and of course for PC – altogether 14 games have been made. And these games are notably gorgeous, fun, and creative!
